Degheady Consulting is not a large firm pretending to be small, or a small firm pretending to be large. It's a direct relationship with the people who build and run what you're paying for.
Degheady Consulting is built on a mechatronics engineering foundation, a discipline trained specifically to treat mechanical, electrical, and software systems as one connected problem, not three separate handoffs. That same instinct, that a system only works if every part of it is actually integrated, is the whole premise behind how we build automation: not a generic tool bolted on top of a workflow, but something configured to work with exactly how a team already operates.
That approach extends to how we treat AI itself. Every system we build is tested against real data before it goes live, and every AI-generated output is held to the same critical standard an engineer applies to any system they're responsible for, not accepted at face value.
Most teams already have some AI capability available to them. What's usually missing isn't a better model, it's someone accountable for making sure it actually runs, correctly, every single time.
A price list, a feature set, a workflow built for an average company doesn't actually fit any real one. Everything here is configured to your specific situation, not adapted from a template.
If something doesn't work yet, we say so, plainly, rather than dress it up. That's true of what's on this site, and it's true of what happens on a call.
Degheady Consulting is based in Berlin, Germany, working with teams across Europe. English and French fluent, Arabic native, direct communication throughout, no account managers, no handoffs between the people who scope an engagement and the people delivering it.
