Degheady Consulting ("we", "us", "our") provides AI automation advisory services for sales and finance teams. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with this website.

2. What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form (on the homepage, the popup, or our Contact page), we collect your first name, last name, company name, email address, service of interest, and any additional information you provide in the message field.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technology of any kind on this website. We do not collect any data about you unless you actively submit it through our form.
3. How we use your data
We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours, to schedule and prepare for a consultation call if requested, and to follow up regarding services you expressed interest in. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with any third party except the processor described below.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR: Article 6(1)(b), where you submit an enquiry as a step toward a potential contract for our services, and Article 6(1)(a), your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).
5. Who processes your data
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc., a form-processing service based in the United States. Formspree stores submitted form data on our behalf as our data processor. A copy of every submission is also forwarded to our own Google Workspace mailbox (inquiries@degheady.com), hosted by Google Ireland Limited.
Because Formspree is based outside the European Economic Area, this involves an international transfer of your data. Formspree provides contractual safeguards for this transfer consistent with GDPR requirements. You can request more detail on these safeguards by contacting us. We do not use any other third-party processor for data collected through this site.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable follow-up period. Where no relationship develops, we delete or anonymize enquiry data no later than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to our processing, receive your data in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
